Gathering around and protecting the president who, along with his Zionist colleagues, are being charged with genocide, is not a pretty picture for a party claiming to be of and for the people. Lashing out violently at those calling for an end to the mass murder of children is beyond reprehensible.
When a party's rhetoric proclaims healthcare a human right but when it's time to run M4A across the goal line; the result is a fumble -- consistently, well you have to conclude that humanity is not their top priority.

I remember the 1968 Democratic Convention with Daly's pigs clubbing the protestors. This year's Democratic Party Convention is going to be much worse. Because back then, even during Vietnam with the massive marches and protests, citizen' rights were not as ignored and restricted as they are today. This was the purpose of the Democrats and Jan 6th hearing etc. Washington knows that it is on the top and ignoring the people, they needed a mechanism for suppression and jan 6th gave them the excuse to further restrict freedoms, in preparation for future protests. Restricting citizens rights was the intent much more than Trump.
